`At Belgian Grand Prix in 27 august 2018, cars of the Fernando Alonso's and Charls eclerc's have crashed terribly. The race was heading into turn one at Spa, Renault driver Nico Hulkenberg blew way past his breaking point, smashing into the back of Fernando Alonso's Mclaren. This caused
Mclaren to flew upon the Charls Leclers's Sauber. When the Mclaren flew over the Sauber parts of the Mclaren have hit the overhead halo of the Sauber. Video of the Sauber shows how hard it hits the halo. After this horrifying crash Charls Leclerc walked away with no scratches.
when this halo was introduced to the F1 cars there was some controversy, mostly about it's aesthetics. some drivers did not like to drive with this halo. But after this crash undoubtedly we can say that the debate about the halo is officially ended and the halo wins and gets the honor it deserve. Here the evidence to prove our suggestion.

after this crash the survivor Charls Leclerc said, "i have never been a fan of the halo but i have to say that i was very happy to have it over my head today".As well as F1 posted a photo of the Leclerc's car after the crash proving that the halo kept his head safe.as well as after this crash Alonso said, "the positive side is we are all three okay. I flew over his car and the halo was good thing to have today".
Most drivers don't like those safety gadgets because they are slightly interrupt to the race but we have to say that safety is the first measure above all.
